complete a "Request a space" form in order to rent a storage space. you must complete this form in order to rent a space, it is your first step. someone will be in contact with you once submitted.
to be added to our waiting/call list, you must complete a "Request a space" form.
all payments due by the first of each month, no exceptions. A $10 late fee will be added for payments received after the 1st of the month. mail must be postmarked by the 25th of each month prior to the month your payment is due.
Must complete a new lease contract with Alabama Self Storage Co prior to your taking possession of a storage space.
you must schedule an appointment in order to lease a space or unit.

alabama self storage does not accept prepayments for more than 1 month's rent at a time. no discounts are offered for prepayment at this time.
All correspondence will be emailed. must be able to receive email in order to lease a storage space or commercial property from alabama self storage company. no exceptions.
